Welcome to opCaller ("Platform"), a voice AI service provided by Arrsiv Groups. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including our voice agents, API integrations, and related software.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You shall not use the Platform to:

• Deploy voice agents for deceptive, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
• Incite violence or promote illegal activities
• Harass or impersonate individuals without their explicit consent
• Violate any applicable laws regarding telemarketing and call recording

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Platform utilizes advanced artificial intelligence and third-party technologies to provide voice agent services. By using opCaller, you acknowledge that:

• Voice processing involves third-party LLMs and synthesis engines.
• AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for testing and reviewing your agent configurations.
• Service availability depends on the uptime of our infrastructure and third-party providers.

opCaller offers various subscription tiers and usage-based pricing.

• Fees are billed based on the plan selected and the actual minutes used by your agents.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Enterprise plans may be subject to separate, bespoke agreements with Arrsiv Groups.

**Your Data:** You retain all rights to the scripts, prompts, and customer data you provide to the Platform.

**Our Platform:** Arrsiv Groups retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all algorithms, software, and the opCaller brand.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or if your use of the Platform poses a security risk or legal liability.
